Funding award will enable Lairg Learning Centre to run more Gaelic classes

Lairg and District Learning Centre has been awarded £1950 from Bord na Gàidhlig to extend its Gaelic language sessions for adults.
The funding is part of an overall £89,520 granted to 35 community projects in Scotland from the Bord’s Taic Freumhan Coimhersnachd funding scheme.

The successful projects include Gaelic language classes, Mod and Comann nam Pàrant groups and schemes which aim to support the Gaelic language.
