Fulton County Commission says elections director will keep his job for now

Fulton County’s election director will keep his job for now after a vote by the Fulton County Commission.
The Fulton County Registration and Elections Board voted 3-2
Barron has led Fulton’s elections since 2013 and the board originally voted to fire him during a closed-door meeting last week. It was later decided the vote was not binding because it didn’t happen in a public setting.
Channel 2′s Sophia Choi was at today’s meeting and will have reaction to the commission’s vote on Channel 2 Action News starting at 4 p.m.
