Fugitive Arrested and Charged in 2018 Pasadena Murder After Fleeing the Country

HOUSTON — Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg announced on Monday. December 7, 2020 that Oscar Aristides Garcia, 33, has been arrested in connection with a 2018 shooting death. Garcia was charged with murder after allegedly shooting 37-year-old Nicolas Bautista,
“This was a team effort by our office, US Marshals and Pasadena PD to get an arrest so the victim’s family could see justice done,” Ogg said.  “We have one job, and we must always do it well: justice in every single instance, in every single case.”
