Frustrations rise in Chico over trash left at empty lot
Some people in Chico are frustrated over an empty lot where trash is continuously being dumped. The lot is owned by Chuck Patterson and is on the corner of Connors and East Avenue.

CHICO, Calif. - Some people in Chico are frustrated over an empty lot where trash is continuously being dumped. The lot is owned by Chuck Patterson and is on the corner of Connors and East Avenue.
Gabrielle Walters has lived in the neighborhood for 20 years.
"It is important to me how it looks, I live right across the street, but even if I didn't, if I lived down the street and was taking a walk, I would not want this trash to be at the entryway to my neighborhood," said Walters.
