Curtains have raised on the Met Gala for 2023, an annual fundraising gala held for the benefit of the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute in New York City on the first Monday of every May. From Alia Bhatt to Isha Ambani, the red carpet is bringing in Indian celebrities to honour the late designer Karl Lagerfeld who is known to have helmed fashion houses such as Chanel, Fendi, and his clothing line
