WARREN — A 21-year-old homeless man was taken to St. Joseph Warren Hospital for treatment of injuries from either a fight or a sexual assault after he was found running around Thursday night wearing only a pair of shorts in the area of the 600 block of South Street SE, according to a Warren police report.
The report had few other details, and the victim had unknown injuries. The alleged assault took place between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m., the report states.
