Store plans for site of Arcade Terrace
REVISED plans to transform a notorious eyesore in the Amman Valley have been lodged.
New owners of Arcade Terrace, Garnant have submitted an amendment to previously approved plans for a retail unit with residential apartments for the site.
NMJ Property Holdings Ltd has said it is seeking to make minor changes, which are a requirement of the prospective occupier of the site to allow them to trade from the unit.
Following the demolition of the former buildings eight years ago, the Arcade Terrace site had been earmarked for a mini-supermarket but that deal fell through and work was halted at the site.
