Fresh anguish for British pensioner who was freed from jail after he admitted killing his terminally-ill wife as Cyprus prosecutors announce new bid to convict him

It has emerged that the Cyprus Attorney-General has filed an appeal at the Paphos court where David was tried, on the grounds of the sentence and the verdict - leaving him facing a fresh legal battle.
