Frederick Police continue their investigation into this incident. Frederick, Md (KM) A Frederick woman who was seriously injured earlier this month while crossing a roadway in a motorized wheelchair has died. Frederick Police say they received word last weekend that Peggy Nezelrod succumbed to her
