Frederick, Md (KM) Frederick Police have arrested a Pennsylvania man in a fatal shooting late Wednesday night in Frederick. Kevin Eugene Mack, 42, of York, is charged with 1st-degree murder, 2nd-degree murder and use of a firearm in a felony and violent crime. H
