Joy McGill with AARP Oklahoma joined Fraud Watch Wednesday at 4 to talk about scams that are happening right now in Oklahoma.
AARP Oklahoma is also sponsoring a free drive-thru shred event next week at the LIFE Senior Services for the LIFE Senior Services Lifestyle & Safety Fair. Anyone can stop by and safely dispose of documents with personal information like an old tax return, medical and banking records. Volunteers will be on hand to help unload documents and ensure they are shredded on-site.
