France among 30 nations urging IOC to clarify neutrality of Russian athletes

France is among a coalition of 30 countries that have signed a letter
calling on the International Olympic Committee (IOC) to clarify the
definition of "neutrality" for Russian and Belarusian athletes to
compete at next year's Olympic Games in Paris.
