From day 1 literally, we have been offering solutions. What i was asking was, was it a mistake to kind of allow that flood to happen in the first place . Vice president harris i think the policies that we have been proposing are about fixing a problem, not promoting a problem. Okay. About the numbers did quadruple. If you are thinking that and you want your candidate to win, you better sit down. You are being helpful right now. The vote is going to be very, very close. Everybody needs to understand that there are people that want to vote for her and people that want to vote for him. The turnout is going to matter. That is a prophetic statement. You said something that is interesting. She creates new Ad Content for her opponent every time she does tv. That happened in 2020. I got her in the Penalty Box at the White House. She would do an interview and not be seen for four or five months and come out and do it again. I am listening to Bill Whitaker who i thought did a really nice job. I just wonder, how can you work in a White House for so long and absorbs a little . She couldnt answer basic questions of im going to put this on par with the interview with sarah palin. Republicans didnt want to admit it at that time but they knew in their gut that wasnt good. That was not good for her. If you were turning in for the first time and know nothing about Kamala Harris, you let the interview still knowing nothing about Kamala Harris. If you know a little bit i wanted to know a little bit more, then you are left even more sorely disappointed. Maybe you dont like President Trump, but you know who he is and what he has done. Hes got a record. She doesnt. She doesnt even act like shes been at the White House for the last 3. 5 years. David whitaker did a great job. He pressed her three times on getting her to answer the question, whether it was a mistake changing the Trump Era policies that quadruple the number of illegals coming into the country. She wouldnt answer the question. Heres a serious interview with a serious interviewer. Still doesnt answer the question. Litigated a job which is his job. He didnt do a great job. He just asked her all the questions she should have been asked for months. This is an art stuff. Why did prices go up . Why didnt you do anything about it . Why did you do nothing on the border . He was struggling to answer why she is running for president. She is struggling to answer why she was even the nominee. She has all these plans to fix the problems that she hasnt fixed in four years. Thats fine. Shes not the president. She is the Vice President. She goes on The View and says i agree with everything the president has done. Judge jeanine, a week ago at the debate, she said i am not joe biden. Now she says i am joe biden. She flipflopped on whether she is joe biden. And now, she comes out and says this in that. I havent changed my positions. Im just seeking common ground. She is not seeking common ground. She seeking Common Sense. All of the position she has now adopted our Common Sense conservative positions on guns and taxes an end immigration. She has come a long way to the game. I would rather vote for the guy that had Common Sense from the beginning and the woman that found common Sense Right before the election. It was very smart that Donald Trump did not do 60 minutes. If he had, Everyone Wouldve contrasted his interview with hers. His wouldve been explosive and confrontational. Now everybody is just talking about her failure on cbs news. That is a position she does not want to be in. Harold, she was questioned and pressed on all of her changing positions whether it is fracking, immigration, medicare for all. She said people know me. I know who i am. Walz said the same thing. People know me and know who i am. Do either people know either of them all . I wish the president had done former President Trump had done that. It probably would have served him well from the standpoint of people understanding again. Allowing for the contrast you mentioned. The reason i think president and candidates for president should always have to do three debates they should do one on national security and economic Security And Inflation when in general where they talk about their attitudes and regulation the courts et cetera. It gives voters a sense of what the mandate might be. What they want to do and how they will go about working with congress and how they will go about explaining things to the public. Unfortunately, we have not been afforded that. No one is going to take my country for me because they decide to elect someone i dont like. People who are that shallow are indeed that shallow. Work for the next election if thats what you want to make things better. What i dont understand what the Vice President these interviews. You have to use these opportunities to demonstrate not only that you understand where people are in their lives and how you are going to meet them and take them to higher ground. Talk about your ideas. Whitney be great if you talked about in some people dont like what i say this but to say that the tariffs are going to make things more expensive in madison, wisconsin. If you are campaigning, you can talk about real people that you met and real stores that you went in and how thats going to change the price of Gas And Food and clothes. If you want to say im going to make small businesses make it easier for them to grow, talk about your plans. When you dont do that, you open up yourself for legitimate criticism coming from this ta table. In terms of the economic policy, she was asked on 60 minutes, how are you going to pay for it for what she was talking about. She said she is going to talk quietly to members of congress. In the christian put to her was , but this is the real world. Hes almost suggesting that she is delusional. I am still in a daze over Howard Stern. If Howard Stern found ten or 20 or 30 years ago saw himself when did i turn into such a that is hard to listen to someone who listened to him. Is a lot to unpack here. I just coined that phrase. In their minds, the fact that we are talking about that instead of other things as a win. I am wondering, why do they not care how bad she is . They dont care. Because they are not worried. I feel like The Machine is at work getting everything in place for a repeat of 2020. They are placating us in keeping us busy. Are you worried about your Husbands Safety in the next 29 days . Of course, i do. When they call him a threat to democracy, less ask ourselves, who is really a threat to democracy . They ongoing with Law Fair against the former president. As well as trying to get him off the voting ballot. And trying to silence him. Yes, of course. I was always afraid of what could happen. Continuing with that kind of language, it is toxic, a toxic atmosphere. Harold Ford Jr. , do you have a question for the First Lady . Great to see you. We are so glad that you are here. When you think about some of the positive things that you experienced in the White House when you and President Trump where they are, what were some of the things that made you joyful about policy and the things that he did . He did not. He he took care of the military. I really loved visiting them. Actually All Around The World even when i went to iraq for christmas. When i went to Walter Reed and visiting the soldiers, wounded soldiers, and also when i visited the aircraft in the middle of the ocean. So very exciting and all the people that i met over 4 years, really, really special. They stay with you. Sometimes you still remember them. It is always something that i am looking forward to it. She went to iraq and had a black eye. Im glad that didnt happen to you. I am the only one that got hurt, but i recovered. In the book, you do talk about the power of the office of the First Lady to do good. I think from afar, what i witnessed was that you seemed very joyful when you are certainly around the military but also when you are around children. I remember early on, you went and read to children. It was a special moment. Im wondering if former president s speech in wins again, i know that Foster Care is an issue that you care about and it is a system that is broken. Theres a lot of organizations that help. A push from the White House could really help. Is there an issue like that or anything else that you kind of wish that you had another chance to work on . I will bring my experiences back. What i learned in the 4 years. As well, i would continue my best initiative for children for women, and also, i will continue with fostering the future initiatives that i established after i left the White House in 2021. I have 2 platforms. That Support Scholarships for fostering children and fostering community. I have many students now. I will continue with that. We need to give back to those children and support them. Once they have education, they have a great job. After that, they could give back to communities. Greg gutfeld. I love the cover. You came to the united states united states in 96 and arrived at jfk. And you end up in the White House. Obviously, you didnt expect it. Does it ever kind of have these moments where how did i get here . Incredible journey, incredible story. Where i came from a small town in slovenia. And went to milan, paris, new york. You never know what can happen in life. We dont know the future. We dont know what will happen next year. Here we are. Would you have married Donald Trump if you had a Crystal Ball that said he would be president . That is an interesting question. [laughter] by the way, does he ever sleep . He doesnt sleep months, he does. Does he wear pajamas . What does he wear when he sl sleeps . One of the things she does get into the book, greg since i have read it and you havent. The first date, and how he courted you. That courtship is very special. These are many things you reveal in the book. One of those moments that greg alluded to it. Where am i . How am i here . You were in the situation room. That mustve been pretty int intense. It was amazing to experience that kind of action, really and soldiers, they were so brave and interesting. I didnt book and the book actually. After that, in a few months, i met those pilots in North Carolina that they flew over. They explained to me what they need to do. How they need prepare. They cannot tell anybody. They go and they are called to duty. Right away, they go on the flight. They tell them where they need to go. Very interesting story. I was there. I husband him he called me and said i see it. It was incredible what they did. Can you give me the dog . I did. And you were so brave. She would start its amazing. You are so brave with him. I think the dog was scared of jeanine. We kept calling the president. Can you bring him in . It was fun. Can i ask another question . There are a lot of women who are on the fence. Not a lot, a few. But what you say to them regarding why Donald Trump should be president . We could see in the 4 years he was there, that country was in great shape. The country was safe. The country was prosperous. He will bring that back. When you are hopefully First Lady again, will you continue with that be best initiative . I know that was near and dear to your heart in those 4 years. I will do that. We need to see what will happen in a few months and what next year will bring new issues will come. You need to tackle those issues. One of them is what we have seen there is an increase in crime against women. That has been happening. All the stories that we talk about when you have illegal migrant crime, and is not just women, but there is a particular attack against women that is happening. That just came to me. I didnt plan on asking you about that. You dont know what the issues are going to be. North carolina has to be rebuilt. Tennessee has to be rebuilt. There are so many things. Florida, a big hurricane in florida. Im glad that many people moved in leaving and moved away. So they will be safe. How is maren doing . He is doing great. He loves his classes and professors. He is driving and enjoying to be in new York City again. Is there something you would want people to know about your husband that they probably dont know that they should know . Thats pretty good. I have some stories. You read it in the book. They are cute and nice stories. He is very warm. He has fun. He has a great personality. All he wants, he is very passionate about this country. All he wants, he wants to make this country safe so everybody has jobs and enjoying family life. He is treating everybody equal. Man or woman, he could be tough on a Woman Or Top on a men. I have dealt with a number of storms under this administration. She has never contributed anything to any of these eff efforts. But i think is selfless is her trying to blunder into this. Heres the thing. She has no role in this process. I am in contact with the President Of The United States. I thought his answer was great. What do you think . It infuriates me. She could make herself the center of the story. The truth is, he said hes gotten wet these needed from the president. Hes dealt with the president s both. He is never spoken to her. We know she never attended the Hurricane Briefings at the time. Lets assume it is true that she did call him. That is just indicative of how she is so transactional. He says she didnt. She approaches the press to talk to them. She knows there is a story. The rare occasion. When is the last time you saw that . It is sketchy. But in 2022, i will be very quick about this. Her response to Hurricane Ian in florida. When our lowest income communities and communities of color are impacted by hurricanes, we have to go for equity. We have to fight for equity. Not everyone starts at the same place. We want people to be equal but we have to take into account disparities. She used a hurricane to promote equity not equality. Do you think Governor Desantis doesnt have more important things to do than to talk about politics at this moment . Her words were political in his were honest. You could tell they were absolutely honest. He said that without thinking. He went, are you crazy . Its a contrast between a highly competent person and an ambivalent democrat who only does what is required and only shows up when she has to. You are going to listen to the nononsense competent responsible direct serious person. None of those attributes are present with kamala. Her answers are the opposite of direct. She can only maintain a serious straight face for maybe 5 minutes before breaking down into a crazed cackle. Also, there is absolutely no sign of jargon or platitudes in his language. He doesnt have time for that. That is all she is is jargon and platitudes. That replaces the substance that she is too lazy to actually build on. She is skilled at saying nothing. He is skilled at doing stuff. I never think this way. Biden does a Press Conference in the middle of her appearance on The View. I am good. The governor and i talk. Everything is great. She is saying something different. Last week, He Big Footed her about taking credit for the strike. He has laid low for quite some time. He is off every other day. Now he is everywhere right when she happens to be in the news. The pressure is getting to her. She is snubbing World Leaders and bombing interviews. The first hurricane, she was caught at a fundraiser for the second hurricane, she is playing politics. Her stature is shrinking as we get closer and closer. Nbc news comes out with this fake story about her Calling Desantis and having him let it go to voice mail. She played along with it. She didnt call desantis, because desantis said i never heard from her. Maybe she has the wrong number. Biden said im in touch with desantis. He is good. He hasnt complained. She looked totally out of the picture. This is not the way you want to run through the tape. That is a sports metaphor. Thank you so much. I thought it was about bureaucracy. I disagree with You Guys on this one. I think Governor Desantis who i think is a serious guy and is handled these storms will over the last several times. And obviously, this storm we are praying for him and people across the state to follow and heat all the Direction And Guidance that have been given. I think when foreign leaders come to the country during a political season, they will see the President Of The United States and the Person Running for president. I dont think it is strange for the Vice President and the democratic nominee to want to have a conversation with Governor Desantis. Both of them politicize that. That was unnecessary. We really do a disservice to the people we have to serve and they have to serve. I wonder if President Trump was able to get a conversation. I hope he was able to. Desantis said he did. Why wouldnt he have had a conversation this is a political season. Mr. Netanyahu came to the united states, he spoke before the congress. He saw the president and went to see former President Trump which i think was the appropriate thing to do. Where i wont bend is when peoples lives are state, adults are a deck elected she could have said, im sure hes very busy and doing a really good job. Im praying for everybody there. We are on top of things that the bidenharris White House. She didnt have to make a political either. He didnt take The Call. She never called him. Didnt call him in previous times. When youre in the military youre really close with your brothers and your sisters that are in the military with you. And when you get out of the military, you kind of lose that until you find a new family. We can talk about our struggles and the things that we did overseas and not everybody can do that. Adam hows it going, brother . We live pretty close to each other. So hes always coming over. When i go to jacks house, we watch a lot of football, hang out. We go outside the friendship has kind of grown into a family i was overseas on a deployment. I got separated from my marines and i got hit in the neck, and it broke my neck and paralyzed me. 14 years ago, i was on a training mission. Did a military freefall, and i had some faulty equipment.
