Fox news national Correspondent Madison Scarpino has the latest from storm torn, North Carolina, madison. Reporter Molly Majority of people helping out on the ground here in western North Carolina are volunteers. And theres a massive Volunteer Effort going on here in banner elk. Attack a look around hundreds of thousands of pounds of supplies has been shipped out from right here in this warehouse to the hard Hit Areas that are really difficult to get to. Volunteers here are from all over the country and theyre dropping off everything from food, water, back supplies, but whats really important right now is medicine. They brought forth a lot of evidence about the sexual abuse they both had received prior to the killing now they were both adults at the time of the killing and they were, you know, they werent dealing with that quite as much as they had been when they were younger and it led to a hung jury. The second trial they didnt actually allow them to admit a lot of this that resulted in a long sentence you can say they are brutal murders they murdered their parents understanding that maybe the sentencing too much given this other issue. Which sometimes the courts do allow you know if youre abused if youre abused wife and kill your husband youre treated differently than if you do it completely in cold blood. Anita your thoughts. But i do think theres some validity to what Kim Kardashian saying if this were tried it mean a different outcome i think it is a different time and people look at these issues with you know, abuse differently and it may have had a different outcome it took two trials to convict them to begin with.
