Now that the report has come back and supported their positions, they feel like what theyve been saying all along is validated. A couple interesting things have come to light here on the ground that i hadnt been hearing until i got out here. For instance, it turns out that some of the agencies here, at least one. I got this from a highlevel source were at the event behind me on 13 July on a volunteer basis. They werent being paid to do overtime here. We all know that the entire event was shorthanded for personnel because others are telling us that the organization of it on the ground was very different lines coming in. Some of the units stood around for ten or 12 hours waiting to be debriefed relative to an active crime scene. It never happened. They had to look for somebody and eventually they went home. So before, during and after seems like it was a complete breakdown in organizational and bureaucratic break down. This was an organization that was rudderness.
