Israel is warning residents to evacuate. We advise civilians from lebanese villages located in and next to buildings and areas used by hezbollah for military purposes such as those used to store weapons, to immediately move out of Harms Way for their own safety. They have to make a case to the judge he is a danger to the public or himself and there is a flight risk. They will make that case successfully and indict him under the more serious charges in an upcoming grand jury. Bill i am looking at the letter written by hand. Probably an easy thing to figure out if it was his handwriting. Then you talk to the person who received this and try to connect the dots. That will have to be investigated and im sure they are looking at it closely and interviewed this person and have a sense of whether he truly was in some way aiding or abetting or accessory and that sort of thing. I think the fact that he came forward with the information, i think thats important in his defense. Although if he opened it, if there is evidence he opened all that material ahead of time, i think then there is a good case to be made for Aiding And Abetting or coconspirator.
