edition of the ingraham angle from new york city. tonight, trump kills it in the blue city of atlanta. >> the statement is black votes for you if you get gas under a dollar. >> i will tell you i got it pretty close. [laughter] >> judge jeanine: and social media seems to think that vivek ramaswamy is trump's vp pick. he is here to respond. plus, biden officials exposed for trying to get rid of age restrictions on trans surgeries for kids tonight, we have the documents to prove it. but, first. a mom beaten and killed. 13-year-old raped. a 12-year-old battered and murdered. these are. so horror stories making headlines and they all have one thing in common biden's illegal border invasion. and rather than apologizing to the victims' families and doing everything possible to shut down the border, the biden regime, instead, is taking a victory lap. >> we indeed have seen tremendous says early on. >> it is indeed moving in the right direction. it's a remarkable implementation effort. >> the president's actions are working because of their tough response to illegal crossings and because they built on our sustained effort to exercise our full authorities to enforce the law. >> judge jeanine: wow, they are really going with mission accomplished? even though an estimated 5 million illegal immigrants who cross the southwest border under biden are currently in america and that's likely a low estimate as it doesn't include the number of unknown got-aways they have identified 400 individuals brought into the united states from eastern european and central asian countries by an isis affiliate. that's right. i said an isis affiliated smuggling network in the past several months. but mayorkas says don't worry about it. >> with respect to the people from central asia, we have no evidence that they are individuals plotting to harm the united states. that is inaccurate. >> judge jeanine: we all know that the biden administration is constantly letting individuals in only to find out later that they pose a threat. mayorkas, even admits it. >> we screen and vet individuals at the border when we encounter them. if we learn of information subsequently, that gives us any cause for concern, we take law enforcement action. >> judge jeanine: will we also learn of the terror attack subsequently? furthermore, a senior dhs official tells fox there is still 50 individuals at large that isis pursuing. some of whom may match the terror watch list. does mayorkas really think the american people are stupid enough to believe that a human smuggling network linked to one of the most anti-american terrorist organizations in the world is funneling hundreds of illegals into the united states, just to give people a better life? it's isis, not the red cross. enough with the semantics, and enough playing pol politics witr national security. people's lives are at stake. my message to mayorkas listen to the actual victims of your open borders agenda such as alexis nungaray, the mother of 12-year-old killed by illegals. >> these men, these illegal men took that opportunity from my daughter, from our family of watching her become this amazing person. so now with her voice, being ripped away from her, i am going to be her voice and stand strong and try to make a difference in this world because this has got to stop. we have to stop burying our kids. this is not right. we have to have more reinforcement when it documents letting people in. this is not okay. it's not okay. >> judge jeanine: mr. mayorkas, you owe this family and the american public an apology. joining us now is stephen miller founder of american first legal. stephen, did biden fix the border? >> judge, they are illegal. illegal, illegal. they are criminal trespassers. the correct number of illegal to let into the country is zero. let me give you some numbers. four years ago under president trump, in may of 2020, there were 20,000 illegal aliens encountered by cbp at the ports between the ports in the entire southwest border. all 20,000 were sent home. they were expelled. they were removed. they were deported. do you know how many got in. zero, zero got in. fast-forward four years under biden, a 635 percent increase. and they were let in that's not counting the ones being flown in on biden air. some of these criminal trespassers, rape little girls, beat them up, murder them and dump their bodies into the rivers. this is sick and depraved and done by joe biden willfully and on purpose. they don't care what happens to our little girls in this country, for the love of god the american people care and they're begging and pleading for donald trump to come back into the oval office, into the house and expel these criminal migrants from our country so our daughters can be safe again. >> judge jeanine: no question, 60% of americans think illegals should be rounded up and deported. 58% of latinos in this country feel the same way. steven, americans need to be protected, thank you for what you do. anyway, will americans buy biden's ridiculous border spin? the evidence so far is an overwhelming no. according to the latest fox poll, 63% disapprove of biden's handling of border security. and instead of offering solutions, mayorkas has excuses and denials. >> why do voters feel like donald trump can handle it better in poll after poll? >> well, they are not buying it because the american people can actually look at the news and see what is happening. they can look at what happened to laken riley and elizabeth medina in texas and the people that you and stephen miller were just talking about. rachel morin in maryland. rachel was killed in the same county in maryland. the american people are sick of it. you noticed the nungarays from houston. you notice that they are looking at this and saying what is happening to our communities? this is enormous failure but it's purposeful. the administration is doing this to flood the american people and they are endangering people and stephen said it right. these little girls, these measures that are getting killed. what about the little girls and migrants getting sold into the sex trafficking trade? what about the 53 got cooked in a tractor-trailer in san antonio. this is the most cynical, disgusting display i have seen from a political party in my lifetime. it is radical progressive democrats that the american people are looking at and biden is the top of that food chain. >> judge jeanine: ari, i want to get your reaction, halyna who blamed republicans for criticizing jocelyn nungaray's murder. listen. >> they are being used as pawns in this fight over immigration. that doesn't even exist because biden and mcconnell agree. it's just that trump won't let them move it forward. >> with all do respect, judge, you said this issue shouldn't be politicized. are you politicizing it by pointing the finger at republicans and saying it's their fault not the fault of the biden administration that lifted the remain in mexico policies? >> again, the biden administration reached an agreement with leader mcconnell to address this. but this is not about immigration. i'm not going to feed into that. >> judge jeanine: ari, not about immigration. it was illegal aliens who committed these crimes. >> you know, judge, if anybody has ever lost a family member, the last thing they want is for that family member not to be talked about. not to be remembered. they actually want people to speak out in honor in memory of that dearly departed. someone who was a part of a family. so for the judge to say that how can a judge inject politics like that? i guess in texas an elected judge and they can be partisan as they want. that still doesn't make what she said right. as for the deal she said, the mcdonnell biden deal. do you know what is wrong about that is that the was the most loophole laden exemption filled. allowed 5,000 to come illegally before anything is allegedly done and doesn't count the children that come across the border. that was not a good deal, that was a wrong deal. >> judge jeanine: i want to thank you both. there is no question we have got a problem. biden's debate strategy just leaked. vivek ramaswamy is here to respond, next. ♪ inflammation might be to blame. over-the-counter eye drops can provide temporary relief. xiidra can provide lasting relief. it targets inflammation that can cause dry eye disease. xiidra?
