If anything they have been ignored and right now the only people that seem to be getting enriched are these migrants that are coming in. My family were migrants way back when. They can hear the proper way and they do the right thing so they could succeed. But if we are going to give top opportunities for anyone we should be able to get it to the people who want to go ahead and contribute to this country the way they should. I dont know if you had an opportunity to listen to President Biden speech at Morehouse College and an ice at historically black colleges like the funding of them the permanent funding was something that appealed to you under President Trump.
