They know this guy doesnt stand a chance. No one believes him. The world, maria, is embarrassed by this man, and so what do they do . The they use legal lawfare. It came out the other day that biden directed the fbi raid on my fathers home. Obviously, you know, bragg is a sorospaid, you know, d. A. No different than f if ani. They want to torture my if father, but no one is believing it. Right now, maria, new york is falling, or right . The you have homelessness through the roof, women being pushed in front of trains, you have cops that are being aa saws nateed, assassinated in their squad cars. I mean just President Trump. This is about two different can systems of justice, and i want to get your take on whether or not that is, in fact, resonating on people. Is it impacting peoples perception of whats going on . If i mean, President Trump is still leading President Biden in all of those swing states, and yet we see pictures of President Biden campaigning freely and and attacking trump. And you see your father, President Trump, sitting in that courtroom all day. You know, maria, its the law of unintended consequences, and the democrats for whatever reason havent figured this out, and they rush it up every single time. Its the law of up intended consequences. Biden goes to pennsylvania and zero people show is up. Literally, i go to any rally and i have a hundred times more people than biden had two weeks ago in pennsylvania, yet my father at i 6 30 in the morning goes out and has every union worker on the biggest job in new york chanting usa, usa, usa before theyre even opening their eyes, thats how early it is. He goes to harlem and he has massive crowds around a bodega, and this is literally a popup event, right . So with all the power of Air Force One and with all the power of the executive branch, biden cant have anybody show is up, yet my father is drawing these massive crowds, is fund raising the likes of which no one has ever seen before for the presidency. People want america back. People want to be President Bidenful in this country again. People want a President Bidenful for this prideful again. Protests are happening. You have people in this country who are chanting death to america. Death to america in the United States of america. The whole world is up in arms. We saw some of the hearing this week, it felt like listening to some of those this Supreme Court justices that they were willing to admit to some or acknowledge some immunity. What did you take away if what you heard from the Supreme Court this week, and when do you expect a decision . Well, god help us if they get it wrong. I know the system very, very well. And the only people or who are going to benefit are big law firms in washington, d. C. , because they are going to go after every single president. Theyll start with obama. Fast and furious, right . Where he gives 2,000 weapons to cartel members. And then obama where he weaponized the irs against sieves. Theyll probably go after a biden for having cocaine in the white house, for raiding his opponent ifs home. Theyll probably go after him for literally two weeks before the 2022 primaries literally depleting the Petroleum Martial you know, the reserves so he could lower gas prices by 4 cents and hopefully help him, actually, in the polls. Where do you want to stop . Are they going to go after george bush for trying about Weapons Of Mass Destruction . Where does this stop, maria . The only people that are going to win are going to be the lawyers in washington d. C. The floodgates are going to open. And i guarantee you joe biden will not have one foot outside of the white house doors before they start going after him legally, ruthlessly. President s need immunity in this country. If they dont, their entire tenure as president is literally going to be filled in depositions and subpoenas like theyve tried to do to my if father for the last eight years. We cant have this legal lawfare in this country. We need a president to actually be able to function and run the United States of america. Maria so are you expecting that in june, a decision from the Supreme Court . What are you expecting . Well, i certainly hope that president s have absolute immunity. And if they dont, theyre not going to be able to function as president s of the United States. Youre going to have a president that literally every single day, you know, biden, hey, when they withdrew from afghanistan, 13 Service Members were killed. Is that manslaughter because he was incompetent . I mean, where do you draw the line, maria . If you better have president ial immunity, because thats an awfully tough job. I think this week theres a day off that the president , the former president is expected to go campaign, but hes been or unable to do the kind of campaigning that President Biden is doing. Hell be in trial all day long e lentlessly being attacked by a corrupt judge whose literally family is apparently profiting off this whole thing only to step out and do events at a bodegas and wake up and speak to Union Workers and go to michigan, pennsylvania, ohio and all the other swing states. The guy is a remarkable human being. I love him to death, and im proud of him. Well, its a deep problem at universities today with their diversity, equity and inclusion bureaucracies and intersectionality. They have been teaching antisemitism now for several years, and its come to a fore. Let me tell you what im most afraid of. Among the people in front of Columbia University are people who will become terrorists, who will help hamas, who will be part of the fifth column. How do i know this . Because i represented many dissenters and protesters during the 1960s and 1970s. And do you know what happened to some of them . Some of them turned from Advocating Terror Theism to becoming terrorists. People like kathy the boudin and bernadette borne. They started as a protester, then joined the Weather Underground and thats going to happen to these protesters. Its coming to a theater near you. These are not just kids who are screaming and yelling we are hamas. 10,000 times more october 7th. We applaud the rockets. Burn tel aviv down. These are people who when a maas comes to america and they will and they approach some of these kids who theyve been grooming now for year, they will help them plant bombs just the way radical weather people planted bombs in the 1970s. So this is not just about israel or tel aviv, this is about new york, boston, washington, San Francisco if. This is america. These terrorists are coming here. But what about these reports that there are front groups that are being funded by george soros related groups funding the chaos . Many of these people are showing up with the same tent, same outfits. Theres also, you know, you just heard Carlos Gimenez talking about the Chinese Communist party which often a times the ccp jumps on our political conversations and tries to create discord in america. Theres no question about that. And russia does too. And theres no question that organizations funded by george soros and the rockefeller brothers, take, for example, an Organization Called jewish voice for peace. It has been behind many of these demonstrations. Theyre not jewish and they dont want peace. Its a fake organization. Its an old line group of communists and around a anarchists that want to overthrow the United States government. These are people who 40 support iran, these are people who support if china, these are people who support americas enemies, and they are funding much of this as well as other countries that are funding some of this. But these organizations are funded by george soros and other organizations that help fund these academic and turn these useful idiots into protesters and eventually into terrorists. Thats what terrifies me, because i know. I saw it. What happened to kathy boudin . She became a murderer. Then she was released from prison. Guess what happened to her . She was hired to teach students at Columbia University. She probably taught some of these people who are now demonstrate thing against america. Demonstrating against america. Down with america, death to america. Kathy boudin and others who were terrorists who maria yeah. Became terrorists, then became teachers of future protesters. This is a much deeper problem than whats going on at a Columbia University. Maria well, i mean, shouldnt the white house take this on and be more forceful against antisemitism . Lets face it, the tone is set from the top, and the democrats have been attacking Benjamin Netanyahu for now months in the middle of this war as if, as literally hes fighting for the survival of his country. You had Chuck Schumer the other day saying we need new elections in israel, Bibi Netanyahu no longer serves the interest of israel and the people there. And then you had joe biden come out and say, oh, what a great speech Chuck Schumer just gave. Ted cruz was on this program last week, and senator from texas said look at the leadership are, the democrats leadership, schumer and pelosi, they have also been, you know, fueling this antisemitism in many ways. And ted was my former student, and im very proud of the way he has stood up for israel against the democrats. Look, the squad has been virulently antiisrael, and we have not seen from the Democratic Party a single, unequivocal statement simply condemning the lies. Israels committing genocide . They have had fewer civilian casualties in proportion to combatants than any country in modern history. Its just a series of lies. Maria terrible. Look, alan, before you go, aye got to get your take on whats going on in this manhattan d. A. s courtroom where donald trump has been spending all his days. What is the crime . There is no crime. And, you know, they ought to be very careful about this because the Supreme Court, the Appellate Court in albany just reversed arkansas i have e weinsteins conviction with on i have weinsteins conviction on the ground they put in too much information that wasnt relevant to the case. And thats whats happening. There is no crime in man manhattan. You cannot figure out what the crime is. Thats why theyre putting on all This Ed Of Noncrimes evidence of noncrimes, trying to persuade the jury that paying hush money is a crime. Its not. Putting a corporate statement is a misdemeanor barred by the statute of limitation, you cant sudden arely resurrect that and turn that into a crime by invoking a federal statute which the federal government refused to invoke. The house Judiciary Committee takes us behind the efforts to take down donald trump. Manhattan d. A. Alvin bragg allowed political motivations and hostility toward trump to dictate his plans to charge the former president with allegations of falsifying business records. The former federal prosecutor, mark if pom if rants, who at one time volunteered to serve as Special Assistant the District Attorney to develop a case against trump, the he was one of the main forces in pressuring bragg to charge trump. Pomerantz, who donated to Hillary Clintons 2016 campaign, resigned shortly after bragg took office, but according to the report, quote, when bragg did not move quickly enough to file charges against President Trump, pomerantz opted to go public writing a book and orchestrating a Pressure Campaign to force bragg into action, and it worked. Mr. Chairman, thanks very much for being here this morning. Good to be with you, maria. Maria so youre investigating the investigators. Tell us what you found. Yeah. Well, Professor Dershowitz just said theres no crime here, and when theres no crime there, theres no case. Thats why the department of justice didnt bring a case, why the federal Elections Committee didnt bring a case, that thats why alvin braggs predecessor didnt bring the case. And, frankly, even alvin bragg, when he gets in office a although he campaigned on saying im going to go after trump even he wouldnt bring the case because theres noing this there. Their star witness michael cohen, a Convicted Perjurer who lied six times in front of a congressional committee. Theres nothing there until, until two things happened. One, President Trump announces hes running for president , and then, two, mark pomerantz, who had volunteered, who wasnt even paid he was so committed to going after President Trump, he didnt even take a value salary, hes working for alvin bragg. He resigned, goes public and writes a book. Thats what prompted alvin bragg to bring this case when there is no case and no crime. And our report lays all that out. In fact, pomerantz, he wasnt even we subpoenaed him, and he fought it. We went to court, and the judge, the court says, no, you have got to come testify. So he comes testifies and takes the fifth umpteen times. Its all a political. And, again, as a eric trump said earlier, i think the country sees. Maria well, thats what i wanted to ask you, is that resonating on people. Whether or not what youre saying is right, that theres no crime, we cant figure out what the crime is, or President Trump is in court every day all a day long, and hes sitting there. And hen youve got joe biden on the other side of the Screen Campaigning in all of these swing states. After a while does this resonate in the Psyche Of American Citizens and voters that they just assume one guys bad, one guys good . Well, yeah, i think were way past that because theyve seen this weaponization of government. Theyve seen this lawfare, and theyve seen just the escalation of attacks on President Trump all the way back to 16. They spied on his campaign, then it was the mueller or investigation, then it was impeachment, then they raided his home, then its jack smith, then its alvin bragg, then its fani willis, then its the 4th Amendment and now its this trial in new york, the its gag order. If theres one thing that beings me more than anything else, its the fact that they put a gag order on the president of the United States, former president of the United States and the nominee for the Republican Party running for president. Hes got a gag order but michael cohen, a Convicted Perjurer, gets to say whatever he wants . Thats ridiculous. And heres the other thing i noticed this week too. When you look at what happened at the Supreme Court, and it looked like the argument as went very well for our side. When you look at what happened there, everyones saying, oh, this is probably going to get sent back to a lower court and theyre going to sort through the facts and there there wont be a trial before the election.
