>> good morning, guys. such a contrast on tuesday, i was out at that 300,000 peaceful rally on the maul. compare to last night, look at this video, violent mob of 150 pro-palestinian protesters blockading the doors to dnc headquarters, demanding a ceasefire while punching and cursing police officers, forcing the u.s. capitol into lockdown and evacuation of lawmakers like congressman brad sherman, who posted this on social media. he said, was just evacuated from dnc after pro-terrorist, anti-israel protesters attempted to break into the building. republican congresswoman luna said, my husband, newborn and i are in my office in the capitol that is in lockdown because of uncontrolled protesters. six police officers sustained injuries, one protester. it was claimed to be peaceful, watch. >> the folks in that building, democratic leadership have not been listening to 80% of us wanting to stop genocide of palestinians. instead of being met with leaders engaging with us, instead of being met with peaceful protest, we were met by police. >> griff: that protest organizer saying they stood outside the dnc wanting to send a message that 80% of democrats are for a ceasefire democrats for ceasefire, he said i was with democrats last night when they got locked down in the capitol and he said the majority of democrats support israel. quite a contrast from what organizers are saying. i will send it back to you at the grand ole opry. >> lawrence: looks like this is political intimidation, whether you agree with dems or not, looks like radical activists are trying to get them to change their policy on this. i wonder if the feds will do anything about it. >> steve: great question. we have heard nothing from federal authorities about what they will try to do to get it under control. you put your finger on something important, that is organizers behind this, democrat socialists of america, protest group, they have been involved with other protests in other cities that have gotten violent and involved with actions on college campus. democrat socialists of america, as well as jewish voice for peace group that has come on to the scene since october 7. see if anything comes of it. one thing for sure, it was definitely not what we saw on tuesday when pro-israel protesters wanted to voice support in a peaceful manner. guys. >> brian: we all know ceasefire would be utter disaster. hamas lives to fight another day and the palestinian people reportedly do not want to be ruled by hamas. they kill your family, if you speak up and maybe we're doing the best thing for them or the idf is doing the best thing for them, too. >> ainsley: do you feel safe there, what is police presence like in d.c.? >> griff: the police presence is great. i was looking through x, used to be twitter, feeds, and there is a democrat running from arizona, his name is andre, he posted thank you to the kap tol police who protected me tonight as i was evacuated and he said the protester message was wrong because ceasefire means one side surrenders. this is democrat candidate for congress. he said he disagreed. >> ainsley: benjamin netanyahu said the same thing, a ceasefire is surrendering and we will not do that. >> steve: we've been talking about why the administration did not send anybody to the peaceful protest with 300,000 people. the white houses the president was going to meet the chinese president. they could have sent the vice president, though. when you look at demographics, a lot of people in the democratic party support the other side. that is one reason and we have not seen polling since the march, when you look at joe biden disapproval, number of people who don't like him at this point, year before the election, there should be a red warning bell going off, warning light on the residencealate desk in the oval office because he's got problems there and needs voters to be much smaller nsh numbers. >> ainsley: 63% of men don't like him, 62% of voters under 65. 60% of hispanic voters don't like him and 41% of black voters. >> brian: when it comes to, fox news poll on preference on the republican side, we are still in primary process, according to fox news poll, donald trump popularity went up from october to november. ron desantis up a point and nikki haley up a point. he is way up in front. >> ainsley: why do you think that is, brian? >> brian: donald trump has a resume and his resume looks better, they compare it to what we are living through now from the border to the economy to foreign policy to military, respect around the world, trade deals don't happen under this president, the unrest in the city, the way the president insisted on cracking down and you have another guy who doesn't think there is a problem with crime. no problem with illegal immigrants overwhelming democratic cities with democratic mayors. >> lawrence: then it gets worse, former president against biden and r.f.k., getting 41% of the vote right now and it just shows you that the whole notion of emotion is not working with the american people now, living paycheck to paycheck. we're not in this war, i think the weakness of joe biden compared to the past administration, they were supposed to bring adults back into the room and get peace and all this. >> steve: ainsley, to your point about why donald trump went up and nikki haley went up and ron desantis went up a guilty. two people who had substantial amount of voters behind them, mike pence and tim scott both dropped out. a couple went to trump, a couple went to desantis and haley. >> ainsley: interesting they went up in october, the attack was october 7 and we're watching that happen and we watched afghanistan and watched russia invade ukraine and watched what happened in israel. and president xi is hinting he will take taiwan. >> brian: how about this? how about the civil trial? this is out right political attack with attorney general that says this is what i want to do. nobody sees anything wrong. there are no victims. instead of trying to take down a president known for wealth and success, people go, this is a political hit job and that helps trump. much to their surprise, this is upon hadding trump. bragg, da -- you think even democrats in new york would be let's focus on issues, you have crime surge in all of new york city and this immigrant crisis going on right now and a lot of them have been committing crimes outside of the roosevelt. there will be a story on that soon. you have cops going back and forth there everyday to the hotel. you think they would shore up their base with the crime issue. the attorney general has not gone to the crime trials in new york city and all of a sudden she goes to the civil trial everyday. >> ainsley: and smirks up there. what about the jewish vote? >> trey: good morning. the raid of gaza's al-shifa hospital continues today. overnight we joined special forces inside the hospital on the frontline between israel and hamas. >> in the dark of night, flanked by israeli special forces, we moved quickly to gaza's al-shifa hospital. >> you can hear the israelis engaged in gun battles here with hamas. down a hallway in the radiology department soldiers point to weapons and booklets as evidence the building was used for military purposes. behind an mri machine, weapons were found. >> trey: there are palestinian civilians, 1000 displaced gazans, are they being protected? >> they are unharmed, no palestinian civilian was even hurt, injured, in yesterday's activity. >> trey: israeli forces controlled what areas we could report from. >> trey: you hear gun battles raging on outside of the hospital. leaving the hospital under drones illuminate path. taking jeeps across gaza provides glimpse of destruction along the strip with entire neighborhood destroyed, many have no home to return home to. despite civilian death toll, israelis plan to continue military campaign until hamas is destroyed and the hostages are freed. >> trey: you saw weapons in the radiology department, you did not see tunnels underneath al-shifa, israelis say they are there, but have not provided images or locations. back to you. >> steve: they have intel about the equipment, weaponry, what about intel regarding the hostages, which the world is worried about? >> trey: absolutely, we learned a lot last night about information the israelis gathered as result of the raid on al-shifa complex. listen to this lieutenant colonel, he describes what they found. >> this bag is from the mri center. this here was taken, found there and we are bringing it out for processing. that is why we didn't leave it there. handwritten notes and computer where we found pictures and video of hostages and of hamas combatants being interrogated. >> trey: you have names of hostages? >> pictures of hostages and what appears to be very quick glance, files of hostages. >> trey: quite a significant development there. if i could thank my cameraman and our security team member for their support in this operation overnight inside gaza. back to you. >> ainsley: trey, very brave of you to go in, we appreciate that footage. i'm glad you are safe whchl he said he saw pictures of hostages, could he tell, in a tunnel, in a house? >> trey: so he said he was able to find information about the hostages. one photo was of an israeli soldier rescued by her fellow soldiers who went into gaza and raided an apartment earlier in the war. it appears much information focuses on the name and id numbers of the hostages with photos. they delivered laptops and books to intelligence service of israel and they are going through that information as we speak. >> steve: trey yingst, reporting live from israel, thank you. >> ainsley: thank you, trey. >> steve: 20 before the top. >> ainsley: fox news alert, six capitol police officers injured in a clash with violent anti-israel protesters outside the dnc headquarters. house offices were put on lockdown. >> brian: pete hegseth here to react. >> pete: yeah, i mean, that is indicative of the state of the democrat party as pertains to support for israel or not. you have seen bipartisan sports, democrats showed up at pro-israel rally on the national mall. activist base who drive a lot of energy are with the hamas caucus, the squad, with rashida tlaib. they have a totally different narrative and belief about israel and about the united states of america. you don't see american flags flying at pro-hamas rally. this is a crew that thinks that even this administration, which has not been great in support for israel, they have given them the rope to do something about it. they say we don't want support, we want from the river to the sea. >> lawrence: explain why and i understand people with good intention have tried to both side the conflict. explain why that is damaging because the other side, they don't want peace. the people in the street may say the palestinian people, when you go deep into organization and structure, they support hamas. >> pete: what happened since october 7 is revealing. go back to the history of just modern israel, every time land has been given for peace under pretense of a two-state solution or palestinian authority, that leads to a terror state on the border of israel. islamists capture the talk on the street. we saw the same thing in iraq and afghanistan, they take over and drive the narrative and you have -- >> brian: curious to see if you took iran out of the picture and that government changes and moderates, how many problems go away? >> pete: a lot of them, billions of dollars worth of problems. i think this is a moment for the israeli government, not the u.s. government, israeli government to take action against iran to prevent an iranian bomb. there is a nuclear shield, imagine what this conflict would look like, the region and the world. israel has done things to push them back. assassinating and hacking into their facility, damaging their centrifuges, they need to do more of that, clearly this administration is not going to and hasn't deterred anything. >> steve: i went on the street and talked to people. there are people who have been saving their time and their money to be here tonight for the big event. that is a lot of weight on your shoulders. >> pete: it's a woman privilege. thank you, steve, for reminding me of that. we met a group of ladies last night who drove from maine, mother issue daughter and niece to see the show. >> brian: a lot of minnesota. >> pete: maine, minnesota, all over the place, it is celebration of america. the producers, the crew, everything, this is a world-class award show. >> steve: 100 of them right down there. give it up for pete. you ready?
