I think we have to be very strong in our diligence that hamas has to be destroyed. But the administration has failed when it comes to iran. We talk about that six billion. It shouldnt be a side deal. It should be we should move legislation, its gone. But the real money is what this administration has done when theyve taken over. They allow the sanctions they do not enforce them when it comes to oil. This is where the billions of dollars iran is getting. When biden came up they were producing four million a day theyre up to Three Million and its because the Biden Administration wont enforce the sanctions thats where the real dollar is. And if you look at the Foreign Exchange reserve, when biden came in iran only had four billion, now theyre at 70. Theyre wealthier, stronger, and when i really look at this administration, their whole focus, their number one goal no matter what the issue is is climate change. You cant be worrying about the weather right now because you might not be here around tomorrow for the weather. Well, there has to be a way to allow those people to come out, thats what egypt wants to do but they know the danger of having hamas anywhere and this is why hamas has to be destroyed. Think for one moment the number of lives we havent seen this since the holocaust, we havent seen the atrocities, the babies. We were very successful but unfortunately eight members, not from a conservative basis joined all the democrats for their own personal belief that put us into this mess. That clearly put a challenge. And now its very difficult to get to 217. Bret so how many times should scalise be put up for a sfloet should there be a limit . Should they go on to Somebody Else . You said you dont want your name in nomination. Are you still hoping they come back around . Look, steve is the nominee. He has an uphill battle to go. His number was much lower coming out of the conference. If you take the three delegates out, he didnt have the majority there, so its going to be difficult for him though but i dont think he can make those many rounds but its up to him of whether he wants to bring it to the floor or not. But a decision has to be made soon because we cant go. Look, after 9 11, they had a new procedure, so i was able to appoint a speaker pro tem so you have the continuity of government. So i dont think thats a normal thing, what President Trump would say about him. Bret he hasnt talked to him since the election. Yeah. I said from the beginning whoever comes out of the conference i support. Bret you leave it to the conference. Well the conference selected him. I support him. I support Steve Scalise for speaker. Bret you didnt vote. My private vote is my private vote. I dont tell because i dont want to put a thumb on the scale. The conference has to unite. Bret would you tell five democrats to come around Steve Scalise so this would come forward. I would tell 218 republicans to come together just as i did 15 rounds. Its the only way. If we are given the majority we have to show that were the Majority Party and we have to be able to govern and thats exactly the way we do it. Bret does this get resolved within days. I didnt think today went as well. I was hoping there would be more movement for steve, seemed like it went backwards so thats a difficulty. I went 15 rounds there were days i didnt think i would win. Bret if the conference says you ready to go 15 rounds again would you be okay with that . The conference has to decide if theyre going to be able to govern and you cant be a majority if you cant govern. If youre going to allow eight members, 4 of the conference to dictate 96, youre not going to be a majority. Bret i tried many ways to ask the same question. Youre very good at your job.
