They had to admit they dont know where all the money went. I grew up and used to go to some of these programs. Some of them are great. A lot of them are actually programs of themselves. They will be programs to help drug addicts but run by former drug addicts. You need people in there from the private sector who know how to operate an organization. Even if its a Nonprofit Organization it needs to be run where there are audited results so we can keep donating people. People want to see results for that.
