>> that's true. this is wrong in itself on a few levels. first of all i think it would be hard pressed to find even a single example of how past marijuana use would affect your ability to do these jobs. and also being told, of course, that hey, be honest. okay if you have past marijuana use and then be told you have past marijuana use, you have to resign, work from home, be demoted. one of the worst things about it this isn't quite so surprising, right? if you look at the kind of hypocritical things we've seen from this administration when it comes to drug policy. last month joe biden said no one should be in jail for using a drug. i agree with that but i don't agree with him being a hypocrite. if you believe that there are things he could do to change that. he doesn't have to wait until the end of his term to absolve these things or put clemency into play. that's especially really glaringly hypocritical. let's be real. the very reason a lot of these people are in jail is because of some of the legislation that he himself either co-authored or co-sponsored like the 1994 crime bill or other things. it is not surprising. >> harris: look, i'm not -- i know you are not advocating any sort of illicit drug use but when you look at the united states and how many states are saying that this is legal including the district of columbia. i don't know if you can actually do what the white house is doing, right? it's legal there. maybe it wasn't back when these people were doing it and it is legal now. by this standard, by biden's white house standard, they would have sidelined barack obama. >> exactly or kamala harris who said she did it. she was listening to music, remember that wasn't even around. unless she smoked so much she time traveled. i don't know what the truth is there. again, we aren't talking about people saying okay they are smoking weed now and be high at work. past marijuana use, even in states where it's legal and then telling them -- >> harris: we have to go. it's a new day for veteran homeowners. with home values high and mortgage rates at all time lows. great news for veterans who need money for their family. that's me. refiplus from newday usa lets you refinance at record low rates plus get an average of $50,000. that's me. that's money for security today or retirement tomorrow. that's me. refiplus. some companies still have hr stuck between employees and their data. entering data. changing data. more and more sensitive, personal data. and it doesn't just drag hr down. it drags the entire business down -- with inefficiency, errors and waste. it's ridiculous. so ridiculous. with paycom, employees enter and manage their own data in a single, easy to use software. visit paycom.com, and schedule your demo today.
