nonetheless on this day we celebrate. >> this is a bay area bailout. less then 9% of $2 trillion goes to covid-19. >> reporter: no press conference from the president, 50 days or so but on the vaccine front biden did announce the purchase of 100 million doses of the new johnson & johnson vaccine. that is where donald trump comes in. the former president put out a statement saying, quote, if i wasn't president you wouldn't be getting that beautiful shot for 5 years at best, probably wouldn't be getting it at all. i hope everyone remembers. the white house says president biden will call the covid response the greatest operational challenge the country has faced. benjamin: because of that fast tracking of fda approval of those vaccines got us to this point. can't forget that. jillian: california governor gavin newsom, 2 million signatures, roughly 1.5 million verified signatures are needed to force a special election. in his state of the state address newsom acknowledged the frustration over his lockdown orders which led to the recall ever to begin with. i sat down with business owners in california and florida to talk about their experiences this past year and they are vastly different. that will come up later this out, they will describe the life is been like under different state restrictions. >> andrew cuomo denies the new sexual allocation harassment allegations against him brought forward by a 6 woman. carley shimkus joins us with his response. jillian: new details on the sixth accuser, the most serious allegation yet that could raise the bar on sexual harassment to assault. the female aid whose identity is being withheld, reportedly called the governor's mansion late last year to help with a technical issue involving his cell phone. the albany times union reporting they were alone in cuomo's private residence on the second for of the mansion when he closed the door and allegedly reached under her blouse and began to fondle her. governor cuomo vehemently denying the claim calling the allegation gutwrenching adding i have never done anything like this but deborah katz, the lawyer representing another one of cuomo's accuses says the new details prove a pattern, quote, this victim's allegations are eerily similar to what charlotte bennett had alleged. charlotte was summoned to the capital on a saturday, left isolated with the governor and asked to help with minor technical issues with his phone. the times union noting the new allegation could be pursued as misdemeanor sexual assaults but vice president kamala harris, a supporter of the me too movement, remains tightlipped. >> prominent with governor cuomo. >> reporter: 85 new york lawmakers calling for cuomo to resign or be impeached. new york city mayor bill deblasio also say in cuomo has got to go. >> don't see how the governor can continue to do his job. it has become untenable. the way the governor has comported himself for years created a lot of fear, a lot of people felt they could not speak up and now they feel they can speak up. >> a group of female lawmakers circulating a letter demanding cuomo step down following the latest allegations. benjamin: who knows if more of these allegations will come out now. 5 oklahoma police officers are charged with manslaughter in the death of a 15-year-old boy. oklahoma city district attorney says the officers, quote, unnecessarily shot rodriguez. authorities are responding to calls for an armed robbery at a gas station. rodriguez was armed. court documents say he put the gun down before being shot. two urgent manhunt underway for murder suspects who were accidentally released in new york and california. christopher was set free for rikers island due to an error on his paperwork. in southern california, stephen was mistakenly released from jail after a computer error. both suspects are considered armed and dangerous. benjamin: a mixup causes major confusion after california health officials accidentally sent a vaccine under knows to the wrong people. the state department trying to send those got there shot to the open call see them but instead they identified all questions at another vaccination site. health officials believe 6300 got a week does of the pfizer vaccine but say it does still protect against the virus. >> >> more migrants marching into the us. the white house has no plan to stem the surge. clay higgins joins us live. racing toward danger, the heart pounding footage of the rescue still to come. insurance so i only pay for what i need. >> the biggest stressor in my life, different states that are not shackled, california. >> what has happened in the last year. >> at the whim of government, opening and closing. the hardest part is the unknown. >> we don't know what is around the corner. >> to resume outdoor dining. and in florida no statewide lockdown and local areas have different restrictions and lockdowns and california, and the sunshine and the weather boggles the mind, they haven't been able to dine outdoors by the end of january of this year. there are a lot of questions we don't have answers to. one of the questions for you is what have you been experience over there when you look at what happened here? >> just about everything. the american people have been lied to. this is the biggest insult in american history. they talk about covid-19 relief but jen psaki is smiling, almost giddy, calling it the most progressive piece of legislation in american history. she is right. negatively liberal wish list, they were funded in this bill again, $1.5 billion for amtrak. $250 million. you have school districts who got $130 billion and don't spend the money until 2028. this has nothing to do with covid relief and this is what is wrong and how the american people have been lied to, one of the worst things we've ever done on capitol hill. jillian: some people might argue but i need the covid relief, i need help, i haven't gotten enough help. some people might be looking at those stimulus checks and saying this is my last one. what do you say to those people? >> money for covid, actual covid relief, making sure we got ppp money to business owners or funded shots in people farms, there would be massive bipartisan support but that is not where they stopped. they use the pandemic as an excuse. to push their agenda. no republican support it. jillian: you are one of several gop members demanding answers from nancy pelosi and when it comes to the capitol hill fence, we are told that is to stay up until may 20 third. a lot of questions about intel on threats the public doesn't know about. what do you make of all this? joining us live to react former california resident and fox nation home tommy lauren. i have one thing to say about the teachers union at the moment. it shocks me, other essential workers, truckers, dentists, if they had said they didn't want to work during the pandemic, society would have crumbled. how have teachers union gotten away with remarkable negotiation? >> it's very simple, california and california democrats and california leaders who happen to be democrats are beholding to these teachers unions. the mental gymnastics they are going through to justify to teachers union is absolutely astonishing, it makes zero sense. i hope the people in california and every other state and every other city that's going through the same thing, i hope they understand how poor the leadership is. the teachers unions are only able to get away with this because the leaders are beholding to them. take a look at your leaders and they probably have a d behind their name and make sure you do something about it. in the case of california with their governor, it looks like they finally are. amen to that. that's the silver line to go this whole thick that maybe we will get rid of the leaders that are beholding to the unions. jillian: i guess i have a hard time understanding the plan. you want to bring back students to be able to socialize and to be able to get out of rut of being stuck in bedrooms and all of that, to not have teachers in classrooms, it'll add a whole other element of confusion. i'm having a hard time really understanding this, tomi. >> you can't understand it because it makes absolutely zero sense and these teachers, there are so many good teachers out there that want to get back to work and many in la and california that feel the same way but there are many who quite frankly, let's be honest, they don't want to put on actual hands and don't want to comb their hair and you can't blame teachers unions. you have to blame the leaders who are allowing the teachers unions to get away with this. that's where the frustration and anger should be. let's pay attention to this covid relief bill. there's so much money in there, so much blue-state bailout money that's going to pension programs and unfunded liabilities that also go to prop up the unions, pay attention to what's going on, americans. the democrats don't have your back. they're not putting you first or students first, taxpayers first. they are putting their really loyalty towards the people that are giving them the big checks and supporting their campaigns. wake up, americans. >> tomi, absolutely right. we hope today get views on ridiculous covid restrictions around the world and actors jumping the lines to get covid jabs, they left to texas, you understand the entitlement, but seems remarkable. jillian: 10 seconds, tomi, go ahead. >> absolutely, i moved to national tennessee, it's been a year since i left california. but the pandemic has brought out the worst in people and unfortunately it has shown who really has the privilege. i hear a whole will the about white privilege but a lot of liberal privilege and the pandemic exposed it especially in california. jillian: we are out of time. benjamin, good to see you this morning.
