Foxconn founder to seek Taiwan presidency

TAIPEI: Terry Gou, the billionaire founder of the technology giant Foxconn, announced on Wednesday that he is seeking the presidential nomination of Taiwan’s main opposition Kuomintang party in order to “avoid war” with China.
