Fowler man charged with stealing trailer from Hermon-DeKalb school

GOUVERNEUR — Leland A. Whitton, 42, of Fowler, was charged by St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies Sunday with third-degree possession of stolen property following an incident in March.
