Aaron D. Saul, a 37-year-old man from La Crosse, Wisconsin, has been arrested for drunken driving after police observed his vehicle stopped in the middle of the street. Saul was charged with fourth-offense drunk driving, fourth-offense operating with a prohibited blood-alcohol content, and operating after revocation/drunk driving-related.
