Four Gaithersburg police officers have been identified as being involved in the fatal shooting on Friday of a man after a chase.
Four plain clothes officers approached the man — identified on Saturday as 24-year-old Kwamena Ocran — as he was walking in the area of 14. S. Frederick Ave. after receiving a report that he was armed with a handgun.
