Four Arrested In Connection To Double Shooting In Alexander County

23-year-old Nathaniel Lee Davis, 22-year-old Christina Jean Ledford, 18-year-old Marco Duzell Banks, and 26-year-old Timothy Jordan Heffner were all arrested by Alexander County Sheriff’s Officers. They are all charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to inflict serious injury, trafficking marijuana, and possession with intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver controlled substance. Davis and Ledford are also charged with maintaining a vehicle or dwelling to keep controlled substance. Heffner and Banks are also charged with felony possession of schedule VI controlled substance.
