RAPID CITY, S.D. – Four people are accused of killing a Rapid City man in a motel room on April 9.
Gilbert Reyna, 38, William Long, 55, Travis Nelson, 35, and Tracy Laughlin, 32, were indicted April 21 each on a first-degree murder charge tied to the shooting death of 20-year-old Jesus Vance. Vance was found shot dead a motel in the 200 block of E. Boulevard North.
Reyna and Long were arrested over the weekend after the shooting. Their next court appearances have not been scheduled as of Monday morning. Nelson and Laughlin have yet to be arrested.
The four are also charged with kidnapping 37-year-old Jake Williams and assaulting him. Williams is also charged with possession of a controlled substance.
