Foster home to open May 21

After delays in opening a foster home for Guam's children in need, a facility is set to open on May 21.
Department of Public Health and Social Services Deputy Director Terry Aguon said I Guma Mina'åse' Sister Mary Brigid Perez, R.S.M. shelter in Barrigada Heights is preparing to open its doors.
"We look forward to it," he said.
He said the upcoming weeks will allow agencies to prepare for the children who will stay there.
"It's really coming together very beautifully, and it's a showcase and something to be very proud of," Aguon said.
