The Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) has appointed James Dipple-Johnstone to the role of deputy chief ombudsman and Karl Khan as chief operating officer. The appointments follow the recent announcement that Abby Thomas will step in this Autumn as chief executive and chief ombudsman.
