Fort Collins man sentenced to jail after dog dies in hot car files appeal, is dismissed

Michael Reynolds, a man from Fort Collins who was sentenced to 60 days in jail for animal cruelty after his dog died of heat exhaustion in his car in Littleton in July, filed an appeal that was dismissed with prejudice.
