Former West Siloam Springs police officer arrested in connection with rape

SILOAM SPRINGS -- A former West Siloam Springs, Okla., police officer was arrested on a rape charge Wednesday in connection with an encounter he is accused of having with a woman in Arkansas over the weekend.
