Former student athlete's pursuit of cardiology rooted in experience after heart attack

Sudden cardiac arrests are the leading cause of death for student athletes. That includes Alex Bowerson, who was only saved because of the expertise of a coach at his school. He hopes other districts increase the scanning of student's health.
