Former Stonecrest Mayor expected to report to prison over COVID relief fraud

Jason Lary was instrumental in getting the city of Stonecrest created and served at its top position from its founding. Now the former mayor will report to prison after pleading guilty to stealing almost $1 million of the city's COVID relief funds.
