Former State Police lieutenant Daniel Griffin sentenced to 5 years in prison for overtime fraud

Daniel Griffin, 60, of Belmont, was sentenced to five years in federal prison Friday for his role in an overtime fraud scheme that rocked the agency, according to Acting US Attorney Joshua S. Levy’s office.
