MANKATO, Minn. (KEYC) - The former Shopko building on Madison Avenue in Mankato has been bought.
The property was listed by Colliers International and the buyer was procured by Coldwell Banker Commercial Fisher Group.
At this time, the buyer wishes to remain anonymous.
Plans for the building include a mix of office, retail and hospitality tenants.
Redevelopment should begin in 2021 with completion anticipated in 2022.
