MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) — A former school superintendent pleaded guilty on Thursday to conspiracy in a virtual school fraud case. Trey Holladay, the former superintendent of the Athens city school system, pleaded guilty to the conspiracy charge in Montgomery federal court, court records show.
