Former renter gets 25-year sentence for robbing and terrorizing 77-year-old Westminster man

A Baltimore man was sentenced in Carroll County Circuit Court Tuesday to 25 years without the possibility of parole for robbing and imprisoning his 77-year-old former housemate in Westminster.
