Shelbourne Global Solutions LLC of Brooklyn, N.Y. -- downtown Hartford’s largest commercial landlord -- and Waterbury-based Axela Group have purchased the former Red Lion Hotel in downtown Hartford and plan to complete its conversion to an apartment building.
