ST ELIZABETH, Jamaica - Police say they are satisfied that People's National Party caretaker for South East St Elizabeth Dr Dwaine Spencer and his girlfriend are safe as they have now been located.
Stephanie Lindsay, head of the Constabulary Communication Unit, confirmed that he had been found after there had been major speculation about his whereabouts after had failed to turn up at his medical practice in St Elizabeth on Tuesday.
