Former Philaelphia police officer sentenced to jail time for sexually assaulting child in Bucks County

Former Philadelphia police officer Richard Frank has been sentenced to time in jail for sexually assaulting a young girl in 2017. He must also register as a sex offender for the rest of his life, according to the Bucks County DA.
