Former Ottawa County assistant district attorney sentenced to 30 months in prison

A former assistant district attorney in Ottawa County, Oklahoma, Daniel Thomas Giraldi, of Joplin, was sentenced Wednesday to 30 months in prison and three years of supervision upon release.
