Former Manus Island guard reaches settlement with G4S, Commonwealth over 2014 riots

Chandra Osborne was sent without a radio into a riot to gather intelligence. She is one of nine former guards to have been compensated for a combined sum that runs into the “tens of millions” of dollars after the Manus Island uproar.
