The Special Tribunal has restricted former Lepelle Northern Water CEO Phineas Legodi from disposing four immoveable properties.
Legodi is facing civil litigation from the Special Investigating Unit (SIU).
This after an SIU investigation uncovered information suggesting Lepelle Northern Water had irregularly awarded a contract to a third party.
The Special Tribunal has restricted former Lepelle Northern Water CEO Phineas Legodi from disposing four immoveable properties.
The order is part of civil litigation launched by the Special Investigating Unit (SIU) to interdict and restrain Legodi from disposing the assets.
SIU spokesperson Kaizer Kganyago said Legodi had been restricted by the Special Tribunal from disposing of four immoveable properties, pending the final determination of action proceedings.
