Former 'Jackass' star Bam Margera celebrates birthday, sobriety in Chester County courthouse

The former reality TV show actor and professional skateboarder was trying to get a monitoring bracelet removed, which was a condition of his bail. Bam Margera will have to wait until restrictions are eased.
