Former Home Minister of Nepal arrested in 'Bhutanese refugee scam'

Nepal's former Home Minister and Nepali Congress leader Balkrishna Khand was on Wednesday arrested from his residence in connection to the alleged trafficking of Nepal nationals as Bhutanese refugees abroad.
