Former heads of NY-based NGO charged with bribing elected officials of the Marshalls extradited to US from Thailand

WASHINGTON (U.S. Department of Justice) — Two Marshall Island nationals, Cary Yan, 50, and Gina Zhou, 34, arrived in the United States Friday after being extradited from Thailand.
