Giving higher dimension to the surge in national sentiment of hoisting the national flag under the "Har Ghar Tiranga" campaign, former Haryana Director General of Police (DGP) Sheel Madhur (IPS retired) has urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to declare July 22 as the "National Flag Day".
